Radio & Television Branding, Brand Strategy Marketing & Guest Experience Consultation
SITUATION:
Waterville Valley has been around for a very long time. In some ways, this can be positive, in others it can have the opposite impact. Outdated equipment, limited terrain options, and an inconsistent guest experience were hurting their business. In 2017 they opened up a new mountain face (Green Pass), offering new terrain, options, and activities. But would anyone care?

The answer to the questions above is simple: Be confident, tell your story, adjust and your brand attitude and stop following the crowd.

Keep it short and sweet, if you want the attention of an audience. Our concept for the broadcast campaign (radio & television) was to create an overall tone, style, and voice for Waterville. This was paired with a strong Call To Action "HAVE IT ALL" which was then integrated into social media (#HaveItAll).
