In-store Audio / Foreground Messaging
THE STORY: Marc's is a regional regional pharmacy/supermarket based in Ohio. Marc's Fresh Savings, Smart Living slogan is also a reflection of their dedication to customer service.
PAIN POINT(S): Grand opening, store promotions, activities & initiatives are easy to miss on a posted sign. IThere is a lot of competition for the shoppers attention. Marcs does use service that provides music and some messaging, but audio creative from a music providing service is often very one dimensional, lacking in both creativity & effectiveness.
SOLUTION(S): The style and delivery Marc's desired from an audio message for it's customers had to vut through the noise, it had to be mixed properly for the large open space. We develop this produced message for their customer appreciation month! It's fun, cheeky and noticable!
